The slots seemed tight the days we played. Small considering most hotel/casino combos are huge. The hotel is smallish, maybe 87 rooms I think. Pastries, muffins and bottled water at checkout. The hotel was clean, smoke free and quiet. My husband and I stayed at the hotel Friday Sept 27, 2019.

So, if you are driving a long way (2 hours for us) make sure they will not take away your room when you get there! … I wound up going to Kiowa and paying for a room. Once again, I earned my points and was told no availability. They blamed it on a new person that didn't know what she was doing. The 1st time it happened to me, a similar situation.I was confirmed, given a room and then paged to the front desk to tell me they made a mistake and I would have to pay. We never saw another person on the 2nd floor or in the elevator the whole time we were there. When we go to check out the next morning she asked that they make sure room 238 was not charged to her credit card and they say there is nothing on that room because it is empty! I said 'so it was vacant' and they say yes, so we know we were lied to about no availability. So, she earns her points, they tell us there are no rooms. We ask if she earns points can she get a room and they say yes if there is one available. So, I asked to be moved to a room with two queens so she can share with me.at first they suggest she sleep on a pullout (we all know how comfortable that is) and I say no, so they do move us. They claimed that it used to be Sunday thru Thursday but had recently changed to Monday thru Thursday. Granted my sister looked at the offer wrong (she just saw the dates), but to me the hotel staff should have known that the offer was not good when they booked her. They say the offer is only good for Monday thru Thursday and she would have to pay. Then we arrive and we check in, they give her a room key, she goes to her room (238) and then gets a phone call.

She had gotten her first ever offer for a complimentary room, and called to book for Sunday night, was given a room and confirmation number. If you get a complimentary offer or get a room after calling, don't be surprised if you get there and they tell you they made a mistake! It has happened twice now.once to me and now to my sister.
